Why in the world would Frank want to get a new TA in the middle of everything. It doesn't make any sense, at all!

Especially since the TA sent the information to FINRA, why switch now? MAKES ZERO SENSE.

OH WAIT... maybe the TA didn't send the information because there was nothing to send and maybe the TA didn't want to be involved in this mess. I mean the TA has been gagged for awhile.

Yep, more likely, Frankie didn't have a choice about a new TA... he had to find another TA since the last one said "I'm outta here".
