I dont think it means anything considering the last S-8 sale was above .07 and was for employee compensation--we could get obliterated by dilution w/ a huge S-8 or maybe there is a private offering or something in the works. If this is prelude to another S-8 we will then get obliterated and it will trade like most stocks over in Asia--a round lot is considered 1000 and the spreads are 1/10ths of a penny and they trade for less than a penny. IMO this would be suicide for the company since they trade here in the U.S. but we'll see what happens tomorrow. Seems "the market" knew this was coming yesterday.

Maybe this was too good to be true.
