Who cares, Chris Carmichael and Connie Jordan are both going to jail for fraud. Just like Mitsakos, just like Jaclin. There is no legitimate business being done at Research Drive. The building has no employees other than Chris, Connie, and Brenden and two $20 an hour employees.
The bottom line is this: Ubiquity could not file simple statements showing cash in/cash out FOR YEARS.
Its not like they are Google counting up all the divisions profit and need extra time to figure out tax benefits. There is NO profit. They have spent the majority of this time hiding funds they have paid themselves thru Paypal, their AMEX's, and shady 3rd party brokers like Jaclin and Mitsakos.
