It has been mentioned a few times previously that the funding for the mine could be done in tranches as opposed to raising a $billion in one go...Hopefully with German G loan program, (from memory) could be $200 million...I predict with that German funding locked down - the share price could double or triple!

Then we could facilitate the upgrade to NYSE. Andthere would be no need for share dilution - which in turn would elevate the share price even more!

MS and his team know 1000% more about mining project strategies than you and me.
