Did you see the Bloomberg writer's post here? GRLD attracted attention largely because the business plan was so ludicrous.

And as you can tell from my posts, I don't think much of the food truck business which was a product of Great Recession financial desperation. I doubt that many truck operators even pocket Minimum Wage when all their hours are figured in. Working in a food truck, especially in July, is brutal.
