Out of curiosity, what broker do you use? I use etrade, and although my ICLD was not tradable today, ICLDD was. My remaining ICLD is still at yesterday's price and quantity. So, I could not buy or sell on that, but again that was not ICLD's fault, it had to be between the TA and the brokerage, as the TA controls all the company's stock directly.
This is a million shares in a separate account at etrade as of right now:

Anyone with etrade will know what those columns are, but the main ones are that the 1 mil shares should now be 250K, and the price should be 4X.0271. And the ticker should have changed to ICLDD
