So MEC Ed is not a liar, just posted. The patent reinstatement process can take a few months after proper filings are in order. That may have only happened in May. The complete report of the progress in the process was filed in the June 21, 2017 video. June does not happen in the month of April.
DragonflyDoji clearly has posted that CEO cannot be called a liar, meaning ever(?). Others would say that CEO had accurately reported on Facebook that CEO had commenced a reinstatement process, even in April. That may have been incomplete. So there was no lie, only a need to contact a lawyer. To corroborate, DragonflyDoji poster alleges that maybe a petition was filed, and then was denied(?). So CEO clearly didn't lie in April, even! Then anyone notes that there is there is no CEO assertion of a petition filing, until the June 21 video. That report is of both the fees, and the filings: Only seven weeks before.
Comparing, an IRS federal process can take a decade or more. I myself only had to pay a small fine. Good business and economics, happened. Federal processes are like that.
