It goes along with my explanation the other day. Less than 5% of the dv indicates it's a note holder with a low amount of shares that are already in the float. If it was new conversions and real dilution it would be a hell of a lot more than 2 to 5M shares per day. Combined with the pr which ruled out dilution... it's clear that it's not!!
