ASIQ is the Australian company that invented, created and commercialised all the intellectual property currently held by ASIP Tech Inc.
In regard to this program, ASIQ has created the Military platform, but to commercialize it with the military requires an Australian company to have clear title to the Military IP in order to secure Australian government funding to integrate it into the Military secure platform.
In licensing the Military IP back to ASiQ, ASIP will receive 5% royalty on military revenue generated by ASIQ and ASIP will not incur any cost.
So you are correct, 95% of the revenue is retained by ASIQ and it's venture partners who also incur 100% of the cost.
We believe a 5% royalty, should this program be successful, is generous by industry standards, when royalties on IP are usually fractions of a %.
Hope this helps clarify and thankyou for your interest.
