If a private placement happened,we`d all lead a class action lawsuit against the company,,I`d be the first one to sign up,so if Adxs is thinking about that to get rid of these roaches,then they better think again. No breaks,no deals for shorts,let them eat it. Of course they won`t because they know we`d all sue.The big boys will cover first,as the shorts shares are called back,and the little to medium size short players will eat big time crow,as they scramble to cover afterwards,like a crazy game of musical chairs, with 2 chairs and 16 people. The best way for our new CEO to gain respect from us immediately,is to come up with a deal that breaks the shorts back,and makes them pay up dearly,so as to get us back to a fair market cap in a hurry..I`ll respect him tremendously if he burns these roaches to a crisp,they`ve caused longs so much pain and suffering,and need to be made to pay dearly for it..
