PRIME....I specifically stated UP TO when discussing the time period. If you notice, my response was to someone who mentioned that they hoped that the listing and move to AIM would be completed by Oct. 1.

What does the Russian government have to do with audited financials?

I have no idea how or if ROSNEFT was listed quickly or not. I was not following them from the start of the process to the completion. I would be interested if you could direct me too any information at all as to when they began planning to go public...they were privately held and had no obligations or reason to publish any.

Again....nothing I posted was opinion...just the facts I was able to find out about AIM as it relates to NDOL...it is called DD even if people don't like it. Instead of attempting to criticize, let's see if we can find where my facts are not accurate, and how they effect the company one way or another That is what DD is all about on a message board....discourse. It should not be an adverserial exercise....as I am sure BRENT would say as well.

If you disagree BRENT, I apologize in advance for using your name. It is just that you appear to be the voice of reason at times, and I imagine you do not have any qualms about discussing DD....whether positive or negative if they are the facts which fall into categories of black and white....no shades of gray. Either they can switch to AIM in a matter of weeks or a couple of months or not.

Without some direction from the company, shareholders flounder. But, in my OPINION, the lack of info being provided by the company is to be questioned....the reasons for them not releasing info...such as they are working too hard, or wanting to get it out at one time, or any other of the reasons, really does not cut it at this point. If they have something to say, they should say it! I have yet to encounter a company, ESPECIALLY a pink, which wants to keep positive developments a secret......but yet will take the time to spend hours talking to select shareholders.

For example, today"s PR. There is absolutely no reason to fail to include who the "reputable" investment banker is....who they selected as their NOMAD to direct them through the AIM listing process....or where in that process they are. If the exchange itself has to have all this info, as it MUST, it is not a secret! As I read the AIM info, if a NOMAD has not yet been selected, the process for listing has not begun.
