No, OMVS is not absorbing RAD. This is a reverse merger. OMVS will be no more after the deal is complete and RAD will be the surviving entity. We will then see a stock symbol change at some point. Steve Reinharz will be CEO. However, I think GP may have a role with RAD in some capacity.
