I said provide proof of the nonsense about HJOE making a deal with the SEC.

If they did make a deal why the desperation in trying to keep from being revoked by filing a Form 15.

What Janice wrote I am certain is accurate but the SEC didn't try and make a deal with HJOE.

As I stated if the SEC made a deal why the desperate attempt to file a Form 15 to keep from getting revoked.
