ever since the tweet that they would close by the end of May. They are dumping shares to pay the closing fees that is why they do that trick to hurry up and wait.......everyone in the business does it.......especially in the Pink sheets......the trick is to figure out when their dumping is finished.........I think we are at the watering hole now.......drink up and figure out when it is our turn to dump.
