Did anyone think it was odd that HESG filed no quarterlies nor annuals from 2007 to 2012 when they filed a form 15 to terminate their SEC registration?

By the way, I found the share structure in their 2012 disclosure, mwab - they've submitted nothing since, 5 Years with no updates. That's why I suggested reading the financials, there's a lot of pertinent info in those forms.
