Tom has stated NO RS on almost a daily basis here to investors. Tom says NO RS strong ("Bullshit" to any RS!) here below in a reply as he had in many phone calls, email replies and news in the last days weeks and months with shareholders!

Also this is one of many I already posted! Simple read the links below each post about no RS. They go back to April and there are tons. Also refer to the 4/19 PR where Tom stated how they are working to make sure there will be no RS.

Read what our CEO Tom states constantly almost daily in email replies, phone calls and even in a PR, NO RS! Follow the DD there are other ways to get BVTK to the Nasdaq and reduce the OS ahead. Mainly this amongst others: "My silent partners is a multi-billionaire on Forbes list (near the top)...Quite frankly--I have made more millionaires than I can remember...". Remember his silent partners is a multi-billionaire on the top of the Forbes list! I am amazed at all of the wasted space daily on things that are not happening at BVTK.
