From what I was told they cannot be touched for a year, but that was board hear-say. Other people mentioned "Oh yeah I've sold mine" which I am taking for complete BS as none of them explained how they got theirs unrestricted as it was a bragging thing... Childish.. I've also heard people mention they have gotten similar divis like that which have say in their account for over a couple years and still nothing, so I don't know what to believe.

Most likely, they'll get unrestricted when they do to PURA what they did to USMJ which is dump, dump dump and drag it down all the way to .0001. But that's just my bitter opinion hah
