"Hanks was pumping a great deal" LOL! Yes, and again, I'm sure all of those companies he's tied in with to build this refinery were in on the pump. Hilarious!

If anyone can read they can realize that every one of the last 5-6 PR's have been 100% iron clad confirmed as being PROGRESS, NOT HYPE or pumping.

I think there may be a few learning to read and comprehend tutorials on Google some may want to look into.
