Here's some email updates I received...That last ammendment filed on Nevada SOS showed the Chinese went into nevada court and got appointed as custodian of TRKG. Then they said they attempted to contact former management and couldnt find anyone. Which is interesting since the TA was just contacted by an agent representing former management from corpservices.us.

At this point all I know is that the company has abandoned it's business (GPS location tracking services) and it is in the process of identifying and securing a merger with an operating company. At this time I can not confirm or deny any details, such as wether a merger target has been identified or not.
