Offering for sale is non news, an offer to buy at that price would be real news.

I offer to EU, Hong Kong & PRC my use lawn mower for 50 bucks, doesn't mean I going to sell it.

A wasted PR, makes the company look even more bush league.

Until they have a real sale in that price range, it looks like a pumping effect by the company.
