If they are doing more trials in Germany it is probably for some sort of government approval.

It doesn't mean a deal can't happen before the trials. They can also license the technology which I believe
They talked about previously.

They always said the product would be market ready and now it is but there may be some hurdles to be able to sell it

I think some believe market ready means on the shelves but it doesn't
