LET MAKE IT CLEAR HERE: There are no more note issue or another word no more toxic to convert.

Too many peeps lack of understanding of rule and regulation make the wrong assumptions that while they delay the 10-Q then the toxic note can't be converting. This is nonsense, inaccurately and misleading created fear to other that are currently the holders have the position in OTTV.

For the last time, I want to make it clear. The delay of the file NT-10Q is only good for five days. This is because during this time frame TA want to make sure all the share count report from the brokerage firm which by rule they have 3 days to report. Therefore within 5 days noteholder not allow to dump shares out on the open market.

If the company fail to file then the note are free to convert.
