Ownership/capital restructuring is my interpretation. I'm not that concerned about Cowen, I'm looking at what Johan Eliasch is doing, plain and simple. All signs are pointing to a merger/acquisition. My research is solid. Anything can happen and nothing is 100% when it comes to business, but you have an opportunity to get in at $0.25, which is an absolute joke in my opinion. I will be watching the price action close today, and I will also be looking to load up on more shares. For me, it's worth the risk based on the overwhelming evidence that this company is on the verge of some major announcements.
