lowman, I have to see value in leases put together, especially that are based on what the EDEX team thinks are unique, maybe previously overlooked discoveries, with PIP the alerting catalyst. That's how we got together the Mesa Project and now, as TopHat reports, another couple of biggie opportunites in NM, and we know that money is spent up front by EDEX and its partners to secure acreage that they think is important to them so they must be good, right?
We also know that EDEX is not going to take the majority share of $$ or action in all of these deals until they are filthy rich in cash a few years from now from our major hit at Mesa so partners will be brought in - and if they aren't successful then down stream the whole EDEX approach becomes questionable as will there ability to raise funds as desired, etc. I am surprised that others don't realize that they have just been kind of official notified that EDEX has another free ride of 20% of a possible biggie in hand - gotta like that if you own EDEX.
So I personally love to have partners that we can know something about, that EDEX apparently has some confidence in, and that we might even chose to double down on at times. In the end, it is all good for EDEX IMHO and my shares aren't going anywhere.
