Geo I just want to reiterate that PS blockade increases PD-1 expression 50%, CD8 levels at least 30%, and CD137 expression 50%.

Only COMBO therapy with anti-PD1's does this.

Let me make this clear. Anti-PD1 Mabs BEAT Bavi everytime in monotherapy. But that I/O 1.0.

It's the SYNERGY with anti-PD1's and PS blockade that gets the toast buttered.

I will hammer this point every day because this is where our future lies. The Big Boys are rabid to get their hands on Anti-PD1's.

Once they do, they come after us.

PS blockade has been shown to fire up PD1 levels at least 50%. That turns NON-responders into responders.

That is the biggest problem facing I/O today. Non-responders.

Wolchok's melanoma responders are alive and well when they should have been dead 10 years ago. (Yes, he was running small trials back then, and responders with the right genome made his name).

But what if a person doesn't have the right genome to respond?

Enter PS blockade (phospholipid bilayer being on every single cell).

The Big Boys know this.

In my view, it's only a matter of time.

Yes, we need overall positive cash flow via Avid. Yes, we need an exosome test kit deal.

Small chicken wings.

When the Big Boys come, they won't come knocking. They'll come marching and breathing fire.

Best,
