No. Stock dividends never seem to work, cash dividends are huge.

Look at PTSC....first dividend they issued was .0025 per qtr and the stock took off like a rocket and peaked at about 2.25 from .06.

Lot's of worthless penny stocks offer stock dividends which means you just own more worthless stock. SLJB had stated earlier this year that they are contemplating a .0025 cash divident per qtr. That IMO would cause a short covering as the price would sky rocket and shorts would be better off covering than paying dividend as the PPS would be too hazardous for them. IMO
