this is the letter that was filed. Nothing more, nothing less. Now, I know that you're having trouble comprehending that the US Govt/SEC might be a slight tad bit behind in their filing/posting duties, even such a mundane "no comment" letter as this one, but there's a reason why there's no hurry to get these kinds of "low priority" messages into the public domain. It's called NON ISSUE. Now you go right ahead with your lengthy, costly freedom of information act. Good luck.

I am sorry that you're having so much trouble undertanding this. I really am. But I cannot help you any further than this. If you still think that something else was filed on the 6th Sept, 2006 OTHER than this letter, then there is nothing that can be done to help, and you're helpless and hopeless.

I hope that information and knowledge somehow finds it into that seemingly tiny cranium of yours because other than blind luck I really don't know how you find food every day.
