Of course Cowen selling 400,000shares after conversion of its Warrants didn't help the price to support tos last days.
As someone suggested selling was most likely only due to adjusting his Institutional position to have a cleaner Share Structure and Ownership percentage before TMPS get into an aquisition process .

For what concerna conversion, Good thing is that apart from IPO Warrants that cannot be exercised, we have little more than 1Million Warrants that may be converted (not clear if they will all be converted since they are owned in small amounts by many parts)
