They would be fools to continue the dividend, if Escobal remains closed. They should go into survival mode and hope for a speedy resolution. At the current price of silver, they might be better off to stay closed and stop the dividend?

Somebody needs to figure out how to satisfy the locals. TAHO is paying 5% royalties, so why isn't some of this going for local infrastructure development to make sure the locals have an improved quality of life!

Maybe they need a casino?
