The PPS is an illusion right now. Know what you own. MM's are controlling the price. Rumor was a major firm sold 8 million shares today (at different share amounts and times) to crash the PPS. Knight Capital Group (KCG) was the reference company. I can't confirm this as it was claimed by someone else earlier on the board. I did research on the KCG and found this.

Here is a story about what KCG did in December of 2016. If they make enough money doing this the fine is worth paying. The fine isn't high enough. Make the fine x1000 times that and this will not happen anymore...
