This was my formal question to the SEC:
Shares of FHBC do not appear to trade appropriately under bid ask rules, also the company is being evasive and seems to be misleading investors with inappropriate blanket statements. Also it is very difficult to verify its press releases and board postings. Is this a verified company or could this be some type of fraud?
