It's not whether it's fixable, but why it needs to be fixed in the first place.

You have assured us this is a great company that is well managed. Yet it has proven unable to even keep up with the most basic, bare minimum requirements of being in business.

If you can't even do the little things right, how can anyone expect you to do anything big?
