Let me see! (HESG) T/A was gagged for years starting from 2009 thur 2014.When it was reported (HESG) SS was 20B in 2014 and the Float was 14B.And the T/A was no longer gagged.What! How did that happen when the (CEO) was under investigations in 2010 for trying to sell 400M Restricted shares to the (FBI) with a (SS) at that time of 3B if that.So how could a (CEO) under investigations for Fraud increase the SS to 20B.How? And was found guilty.Wow! 56M or 18B? Thoughts? Hold onto those shares.(HESG)
