7K a month is reasonable and can sit on the books as a promissory note indefinitely or be settled out as shares should the company not have the cash. I have seen other companies offer significantly higher salary plus stock .. all culminating in gross dilution.

This is great, at least we know some more numbers and it's an official changing of the guard.

Question for anyone who knows: where does $84k/yr stand for companies that are in similar situations as MJTK?
