Dont you think that VPLM will need those shares for paying the attorney fee's it stock. They need to have the shares approved and ready for deposit to all the involved parties. they will want to be paid for their successful efforts.

I live in the OC where Knobbe resides. They run all of their success stories in the OC Business Journal. you would be suprized how many successful companies they have been up against and won their case.

I dont claim to know much, but that is the thought I had today on why they took out so many shares. they are not for sale....they are for compensation.

They want a nearly 1/3 of the company
