Read the current 8k and the section that I have highlighted in my previous post. Minerco divested 100% of their stake in Athena, Level 5, and Avanzar.

Also, the CEO certainly used a ton of shares to pay his bills, and himself. How crazy is it that he was being paid 250k a year to run this defunct scam!?
