look at SPY 5 min chart - SPY was flatlined for 30 minutes - that put option was hovering between 34 and 31 the entire time .. i could have easily bought at 34 was just lucky i got close to low of day.

ADX /DMI showing downtrend on 5 minutes and 15 minutes charts so i am holding for next leg down..
