Actually the O/S of BKMP as of 30 June 06 is

Balance, June 30, 2006 13,408,156,305

Now ADD for every 1 share of BKMP 10'000 preffered they issue as a dividend as of 15th of September...LOL

COMPARED TO ADNL
As of August 23, 2006 the number of shares Authorized is 950,000,000 and the number of shares Outstanding is 603,539,087.

makes me feel as if we had a bargain here...but of course that is in comparison with BKMP..
