I agree the fins will be terrible we all can agree with that. The big problem is disclosure of material facts. Such as the disclosure of contracts in default, officers being litigated for stock manipulation, and principles of major stock holders.

It is my belief that the former auditors found that Campo had withheld material facts about Gotshalk and his involvement both past and present with the company.
