I can see you are a technical trader by your included chart but, please explain your logic. This a positive PR for POTN and I don't see how or why you say it will go lower. I can't see how this won't go up. Maybe not back to the 52 week high but, at the very least, back into the 07s range.

Please elaborate on your predictions.
