It would be the only way they could do what Teper mentions interms of product combinations and new IP and would also fit with his comment about revenue generating commercial stage acquisitions. All the pieces of the jigsaw fit. Fear is that whoever is the strategic partner or funding entity to enable them to acquire IL2, would take a hefty stake in the spun out business.
