You missed the point, again, The FDA DENIED this scam 4 years ago and referred to COMPLIANCE due to false claims in a Press Release as noted in the FDA DENIAL LETTER. Of course these fraudsters NEVER went to COMPLIANCE--just hid in the dark as companies like this do. Phony press releases are Mike Irving's stock in trade.
