Rjdg..? This could apply to most otc stocks... Fact is its rarely mentioned out side of the forums and almost never in court.. Its a scammers world out here and most everyone knows it... Identify the trade and play it accordingly...a few "scams" im trading about to run big... Around here its more about the trade then the company imo.. Tho i will say the dd pertaining to these companys suggests more legitimacy then most on the otc..
