Very possible. Very. BUT.....If you are some kind of purchase agent for a government or a fleet taxi operation, which are you going to chose? A fully functional meter. One that is currently on the road being used. From a company that can obviously produce them. Or form some broke company with no money, no employees, phone, website on and on. And has no history of sales. And at twice the price. Sort of a no brainer.
