It will be interesting to see if the district court agrees with the CAFC about "safe harbor" infringement and way more interesting to hear about potential damages and whether there will be 3x damages for "willful infringement". Thankfully, the case is either a distraction for MNTA in the worst case or a huge windfall on best case, but this could be a body blow for AMPH.
Since most MNTA investors ascribe no value to this it could provide an upside surprise.
