Not really. Ex date is the date you buy the stock without the current dividend, so that's the important one.
In May of 2015, the stock was trading at $17 and dropped all the way down to $9.
Stocks correct. I am happy to take my profit as I started buying this around $12.50.

Just my opinion, of course.
