I'll be happier when just "1" piece of news gives us a boost in the right direction and make things look positive for a change. But as good as the work that is being done in most of our eyes, there is sell after sell after sell and it looks too much like sabatoge or manipulation. Where are the days of a dollar climb on news of joining the Canadian big board?

I don't mean to be a Debbie downer, but enough is enough

We had a bought deal private placement in place with the same company that we have a different one with now and we went through all this BS once already, and now the difference is the company that is doing the private placement we are paying them money. This looks bad to me and a vote of N/C to others I'm sure.

No news release of doubling up the shares. Hmmmm
And how long should it take to close this private placement when it is the second round for the same money???
