Last I checked this was an emerging growth company. I'm really not sure how many companies with strong balance sheets can be purchased for pennies on the OTC market. Probably zero.

Normally, speculative investors invest on anticipation of growth and net income. The lottery ticket is in finding a company that can go from start-up to profitability in a year.

High growth industry + good business model + strong management = good speculative investment.

More conservative investments can be found on larger exchanges wit companies that have already proven their business concept, have strong balance sheets and trade at much higher prices.
