Since a company can still be sued even after filing Chapter 7, I wonder if there is a class action lawsuit that can be filed against them. If Fast Freddy knew that his company was going under and didn't report it sooner, it seems to me that people who bought shares of EDIG after that point, were mislead and actually swindled. I just recently bought in on 6/9/2017, less then a month before eDigital company filed Chapter 7. Fred must have known before that date that his company was going to file Chapter 7. I, and many other people, would have NEVER purchased shares of EDIG.
