We have all done DD and audits have been attempted and not completed since 2008..this one so far has been delayed like the others and is still not done and was supposed to be submitted last year. As far as negative sentiment that comes from longs (4 years) who have seen repeated failed big contracts, audits, etc and the pps is the same as it was 4 years ago. They have made money but they don't know how to run a publicly traded company...we all wish these things would come through but...

we are looking forward being a fully reporting company by the end of March 2017. We have just received the two-year audit from our auditors, Anton & Chia, for comment. We will be reviewing the document and getting back with any questions or information required within two weeks. At that point, the signed audit document is provided to our attorneys, Fitzgerald Yap Kreditor LLP, for preparation of the Form 10. This preparation generally takes 30 days and is reviewed by our management team before being sent to the SEC. The SEC review is, on average, a 90-day process.”
